HSPnet Notices: System Maintenance:
Provinces: Saskatchewan - Start: Thursday, August 10 @ 4:00 PM CST to Finish: Thursday, August 10 @ 8:00 PM CST
Provinces: All HSPnet - Start: Saturday, August 12 @ 6:00 PM PDT to Finish: Saturday, August 12 @ 11:59 PM PDT
Who: Users of HSPnet, including Lead Agencies, Placing Coordinators, Receiving Coordinators, Destination Coordinators, Instructors, Student Administrators, Supervisors, and Students.
What for August 10th: During the maintenance window August 10, we will shut off your Saskatchewan’s existing instance of the HSPnet application and database and activate a new instance of the HSPnet application and database running off a new, more secure server. The log in url will be changing for HSPnet Saskatchewan at this time. Please check back for the new log in url after 8 PM. You will need to change any bookmarked urls to this new url.
What for August 12th: During the maintenance window August 12, all provincial instances will not be availibe for a firewall upgrade.

HSPnet Implementation Toolkit - Resources
The following resources are available for interested audiences who wish to know more about the steps to implementing HSPnet. The HSPnet Implementation Planner provides an overview of the timelines for each task and the supporting resources or documents. For example, a typical first step in the process is completion of the Pre-Implementation Survey for each agency.
