The following resources are available for interested audiences who wish to know more about the steps to implementing HSPnet. The HSPnet Implementation Planner provides an overview of the timelines for each task and the supporting resources or documents. For example, a typical first step in the process is completion of the Pre-Implementation Survey for each agency.

HSPnet Implementation Request Form - New Programs and Sites	Word (doc)	Completed by new and current Placing and Receiving Agencies wishing to add new programs and sites to HSPnet. This form is used to authorize expansion, plan and gather information about new programs and sites
Placing Agency Workbook for Nursing Disciplines	Word (doc)	Completed by Placing Agencies 4-6 weeks before implementation, to gather detailed information about educational programs in preparation for HSPnet table setup
